DIET BY BLOOD TYPES
Diet by blood type was developed by an American doctor of naturopathy, Peter D’Adamo. According to him, the determining factor in the choice of food is the person’s blood type.
Based on his own research, D’Adamo concluded that each type responds differently to certain foods and a choice of menu based on blood type can improve digestion, leading to significant weight loss.
